Day 2: 21 Days Foundation Dasting & Prayer 2025

DAY 2 TUESDAY 21ST JAN, 2024.

THE EXCELLENCE OF THANKSGIVING 

Psalm 30:1-4, Luke 17:11-19, Psalm 124:2-6 

Obviously, it is good and commendable to thank God in appreciation and recognition for His goodness towards you and above all, for the unmerited gift of life. Life is precious and it is a free gift from God. It is not by your power that you are still alive. It is also not because you are better than others. You slept and woke up alive, while some others slept, but could not wake up. They are dead. You went out the previous days and came back, not because you are more careful or calculative than others who could not come back. It was exclusively by divine grace that:you came back, while some others who could not come back were either kidnapped or had accident and died. In the hospitals, many people are there suffering various kinds of sicknesses and infirmities. Learn to thank God, for He is good. Learn also to be appreciative to Him for his magnanimity towards you. Thanksgiving opens closed doors. It attracts sudden, and swift divine interventions in your situation and simultaneously brings about favours, deliverance, recovery, restoration, consolidation and magnification of the existing blessings. In 1Kings 3:15-21, Solomon offered thanksgiving to God and at night the Lord visited him in a dream and blessed him more extravagantly. Also, in Luke 17:11-19; the Lord healed ten lappers, but only one came back to show gratitude and He made his healing permanent. In Psalm 124:2-6. the psalmist thanked the Lord, stating that if not because of the Lord that his enemies would have swallowed him alive. It is important to underscore that thanking God for his goodness is good, profitable, meritorious and commendable. Before the end of this program, the Lord will locate you for favour, breakthrough, re-engineer your life and business, change your sadness into joyful dance and take away your sorrow and surround you with joy. Your days of unfruitfulness shall be over and every evil chain holding you shall be broken in the name of Jesus.

1. Thank God for making you a participant in this program. 

2. Thank God for what He has done and represents in your life, family and business.

3. Oh Lord my God, by your mercy and power grant me your supernatural grace to participate actively in this program in the name of Jesus.
